Soccer cake...

Da jie wanted a soccer cake for her friend who is a fan of Everton fc. I had previously done birthday cupcakes for him. Check it out below.

So this time round I did a soccer ball for him. We baked it in a dome baking tin however the chocolate cake kind of crumbled when we took it out from the pan and therefore the ball is not round. In the end I had to crumble the whole cake and then squashed it back together like a giant cake pop. Luckily it works and the ball is round again! LOL.
